Terms of Use

MPDF (“the site”) is a free tool for making, opening and sharing PDFs that carry a playlist. By using the site you agree to the following.

1. What the site does, and doesn't

• Making and saving files happens inside your browser. Only files you share with “Create link” are stored on our servers.
• The site never stores audio files. Files with embedded audio cannot be shared by link.
• YouTube tracks play through YouTube's official player and are subject to YouTube's terms.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must hold the rights to any PDF or track you upload or share. Do not share files that infringe copyright or other rights.
• Links reported for infringement may be removed without notice.

3. Links

• Files shared by link are deleted automatically [retention period] after creation.
• Anyone with the link can open it. For private material, send the file instead of a link.
• To remove a link sooner, use Report / removal.

4. Advertising

The site is funded by ads. Ads appear only in fixed places on the site, never over the pages of a document.

5. No warranty

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for lost files, playback errors or expired links.

6. Privacy

There are no accounts. When you create a link, the server stores the file, its title and the creation time. Data collected by advertising providers is governed by their own policies.
